Me Claude WASSENICH

Claude Wassenich was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar on February 7^th 1975. He obtained a degree in Private Law from the University of Nancy in 1974 and then attended the Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois. He set up his own law firm, Etude WASSENICH, on February 11^th 1975, which has become, since January 1^st 2017, the firm WASSENICH LAW Ltd.

Claude Wassenich has practiced in many areas of law. Today, he has chosen specialties in which his expertise is widely demonstrated. He is passionate about civil law (inheritance), criminal law, accidents, property and construction law, liability and family law (divorce) and litigation.

A man of experience, he is recognized in Luxembourg and is committed to forging effective relationships with his colleagues on an international scale in the interests of his clients. He is a member of organizations* that guarantee him exclusive professional contacts in many European countries, as well as on all five continents. A network of selected contacts who are able to defend cases on behalf of their affiliates in the countries where they are based.

Claude Wassenich is a man of many passions. First and foremost, sport in general. After a long career as a basketball player, he discovered his love for snow sports, and in 2000 became the National Delegate for Luxembourg of Skilex International, an international organization of lawyers, judges and prosecutors that deals with legal issues relating to mountain sports.

He has a great passion for aviation, classic cars and, above all, for music from the 1950s to the present day.

Claude Wassenich knows how to surround himself with people and share his enthusiasm with motivation and perseverance, in a fighting spirit of sport and fair play, which ensures that the best results are achieved with a healthy spirit of competition.

Marie-Pierre Bezzina was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar on 26 March 1992. She studied law at the University of Nancy, where she obtained her master's degree in public law on 29 June 1990.

She handles cases involving employment law, family law, tenancy law, civil law, construction law and debt recovery.

Energetic and motivated, she responds quickly to clients' requests.

Marie-Pierre Bezzina was a member of the committee of the Young Bar Association of Luxembourg and a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council.

Me Nathalie Kieffer

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1994, Nathalie Kieffer began her legal studies at the University of Leicester (Certificate of English legal studies-English legal system, contract, tort, constitutional law), graduating in 1991.

She then obtained a Master's degree in International Private Law and European Law from the University of Strasbourg in 1992. She completed her studies at the Europa Institut of the Universität des Saarland, where she obtained a Master's degree in European law in 1993. Nathalie Kieffer joined Wassenich in 1996 and has been a partner at Mourant Ozannes in Guernsey since 2008.

Nathalie Kieffer has developed a wide range of skills and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, contract law, property law and leases, intellectual property law, insurance law, legal advice and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

She practises in French, German and English, which she speaks fluently, as well as Spanish and Luxembourgish.

Her hobbies include downhill skiing, windsurfing and cycling. As evidenced by her studies abroad, Nathalie Kieffer loves to travel (and discover new cultures).
